14-day request window
Return requests for eligible, unused products in their original sealed packaging should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Items that cannot be returned
For customer safety, opened intimate-wellness items, opened consumable products, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect item
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and provide the next step.
